Relaxation CDs
Relaxation CDs  Children often need MRI studies to learn more about how their bodies are working. These scans can be lengthy (approximately 45 minutes) and the machine is very loud. To help children in Pediatric Radiology cope with these scans, we would like to offer relaxing music while they are having their scan. If children are distracted and relaxed, they are able to hold still for the entire scan, which prevents the need to repeat parts or reschedule the scan completely.
