Little People Tot Rod  The Little People Tot Rod is a supervised power wheels car for younger children. It is used in the Children's Hospital Outpatient Center as an exciting way to transport kids to the Operating Room. The Tot Rod helps turn fear, which many children experience when going to surgery, into fun and excitement.
