Happy Holidays!

We have big holiday plans for GHS Children’s Hospital, and invite you to join us in making a difference in our patients’ lives through Virtual Toy Drive!

When you give through Virtual Toy Drive, you transform health care and turn fear into fun for pediatric patients while making a tax-deductible donation. You also can give in honor or in memory of a loved one, or invite your co-workers and neighbors to donate in lieu of a typical holiday gift.

Over the next five weeks, we’ll share with you the 10 most-needed items in Children's Hospital. You’ll learn about how each of these, whether artistic, clinical or something in between, brings comfort, joy and peace to patients and families.

Mini Operating Room

Children can use this equipment, such as the patient puppets pictured, to perform pretend surgeries on their dolls or stuffed animals. This type of play helps children better understand their surgery which leads to less anxiety and faster recoveries.
